Ingredients:
Batter:
1/2 a cup of any plant based milk- we used almond
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4th teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of maple/ agave syrup
Others:
Any bread of choice
Vegan sweetener
Method:
Mix together all the ‘batter’ ingredients.
Turn on the stove and add some vegan butter of non stick spray.
Soak the bread in the batter and fry it on the pan.
Fry till golden brown.
Serve it, additionally add a vegan sweetener such as maple of agave syrup.
