Easy 1 Minute Sour Cream Made With Cashews

Sour Cream is a great Dressing which goes with salads, falafels and what not, here is the recipe to make it vegan.


Ingredients-

  • 1 Cup Cashews

  • 1/2 cup plantbased milk (soy milk works best)

  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 3/4 tbsp vinegar

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp nutrional yeast (optional)

Procedure-

  1. In a bowl with hot water add 1 cup of cashew's and let that soak for 2-3 hours.

  2. In a blender add the soaked Cashew's, soy milk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and nutrional yeast.

  3. Blend it up until it is a nice creamy paste and pour it in a bowl.

  4. Your sour cream is ready and it is super creamy and has a great consistency. If you like this recipe please suscribe to our channel.
