Ingredients:
1/4 a cup of nut based milk(almond, soy or oat)
Frozen fruits:
1 frozen banana
1/4th cup od frozen raspberries/ strawberries
1/4th cup od frozen blueberries
1 frozen kiwi
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it up.
2. Put it into a bowl and optionally decorate/garnish with fresh fruit.
