Vegan custard

Ingredients:

1 cup plant based milk

1.5 teaspoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon yellow food colouring

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a pan, mix it up and put it on the stove on medium flame.

  2. Let it be on the stove till it thickens up.

  3. Take it off after you have a good consistency.

  4. Put it into a cup/bowl, and garnish it with fruits/nuts of choice.
