Ingredients-

1 cup Flour
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 cup dairy free milk
1/3 cup Melted Butter
2 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extarct
3/4 cup Vinegar/ Lemon Juice
a pinch of Salt
Procedure-
Preheat your oven at 180 degree Celcius.
Sift together the Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt and Baking Soda.
Next add in the Sugar. Mix it and then keep it aside.
In the Milk bowl add the Vinegar and keep it aside for 1 minute.
In a big bowl add the Milk mixture, Melted Butter and Vanilla extract.
Now add the dry ingredients in two parts. Then add the water and mix again. It is perfect if the mixture is not flowy.
Bake the Cupcakes for 15-20 minutes 180 degree Celsius or until a toothpick insterted comes out clean.
