
Ingredients-
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Vegan Cream
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp constarch
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
Procedure-
Mix the Cocoa Powder and Constarch with 3-4 spoons of the milk. You need to form a paste so that the Hot Chocolate is not powdery.
On a Stove with low flame, take a saucepan and pour the milk, cream, vanilla extract and chocolate paste. Mix it until well combined.
Then add the sugar and mix again.
After the mixture starts boiling add the chocolate and remove it off the stove. Mix it until the chocolate has melted.
Your Hot Chocolate is now ready so pour it and have a sip. Happy Baking!
