Soft and Fluffy Vegan Waffles!

Ingredients:

1/2 a cup of almond milk

1 tablespoon vegan oil

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 a cup of flour

1 teaspoon baking powder


Method:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar.

  2. In the dry mix, add the milk, vegan oil, and vanilla and mix till no lumps.

  3. Grease the waffle maker and put in 2 spoons of the batter.

  4. Wait for 2 minutes and when you open the waffle maker, the surface should be golden brown.

  5. Eat with chocolate, nuts, and/ or fruits.
