S'mores Mug Cake

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 tablespoon melted vegan butter

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 tablespoons almond milk

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 1 ½ of cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • Crushed digestive biscuits/ graham crackers(Vegan choices)

  • Vegan Marshmallows


Procedure: (an in microwave shot)

  1. In a mug add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix it up.

  2. Next, add milk, melted butter and vanilla and mix well until it is a lump-free batter

  3. Now, crush the biscuits until powdered.

  4. In another mug, add a layer of powdered biscuits and marshmallows, then add the batter and on top of that add marshmallows and powdered biscuits.(check our video for clarification)

  5. Microwave the cake for a minute and your s'mores mug cake is ready!
