Ingredients:
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp melted vegan butter
1 tsp honey/ maple syrup
1½ tbsp vegan yogurt
A few drops of red food colouring till you are satisfied with the colour. (We have used ½ tsp of beetroot dye.)
¼ tsp vanilla essence
2-3 tbsp flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cocoa powder
½ tbsp water
Procedure:
In a mug, Mix the sugar, butter and honey.
Then, add the yougurt, vanilla essence and red food dye.Mix well
Next, add the flour, baking soda and cocoa powder. Mix again
Now, add water until it is a smooth paste.
Finally, bake it for 1 minute and garnish with powdered sugar. Your red velvet cupcake is ready to eat
