Healthy Vegan Workout Shake.

Ingredient measurements:

1 cup plant based milk(oat, almond, or soy)

1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon soaked chia seeds

Optional: 1 teaspoon of agave syrup


Method:

  1. Soak the chia seeds

  2. In a blender, put in all the ingredients as well as the soaked chia seeds and optionally the agave syrup.

  3. Blend it till smooth.
