Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3rd cup plant based milk
2 cups whole wheat flour
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160 C.
Whisk together the vegan butter and sugar.
Add in the vanilla extract and milk. Next add in the flour and use a spatula to mix it.
Use cupcake liners, grease the outside and create a bowl on it like shown in the video.
Bake these in the oven at 160 C for 30 minutes.
After done baking, put (vegan) custard in them and garnish with fruit.
