Dalgona coffee made vegan

Ingredients-


2 teaspoon coffee powder

2 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon water

1 cup almond milk

Ice (as much as you wish)


Method:

  1. Whip together the coffee powder, sugar and water till it is light and foamy.

  2. Take any plant based milk, preferably almond or oat milk.

  3. Optionally add ice cubes

  4. Put 2 teaspoons of the coffee mix on top.
