Ingredients-

2 teaspoon coffee powder
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon water
1 cup almond milk
Ice (as much as you wish)
Method:
Whip together the coffee powder, sugar and water till it is light and foamy.
Take any plant based milk, preferably almond or oat milk.
Optionally add ice cubes
Put 2 teaspoons of the coffee mix on top.
