
Ingredients-
- 1/2 a cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 a cup of vegan softened butter
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4th teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Method-
Beat together the butter and powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, nutmeg, ginger powder, baking soda and ground cinnamon.
Mix in the flour in thirds and almond milk in halves.
Roll out the dough and cut out your shapes of choice.
Bake it at 160 degrees centigrade till golden brown.
