Ingredients-
1+ 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Tablespoon Sugar
200ml Vegan Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Melted Vegan Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Procedure-
Preaheat a oven at 170°C and grease a 7-8 inch baking tin.
In a bowl sift the Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda. Then add the sugar and mix it up.
In another bowl, add the Vegan Condensed Milk, water, Melted Vegan Butter, Vanilla Extract and Vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry to form a batter.
Pour the batter in the baking tin and bake it for 20-25 minutes
Cool the cake and optionally frost it. Cut a slice and let us know how you like it.
