5-Ingredient Vegan Mango Smoothie

Hey Bakers! We had gotten a request for a smoothie video, so here it is. Perfect for summers and only takes a few minutes to make so give a try and let us know what you think about the recipe.


Ingredients-

  1. 1 cup cubed mangoes

  2. 1/2 cup dairy free milk (we used soy milk)

  3. 1 frozen banana*

  4. 1/4 cup vegan curd (we used peanut curd)

  5. 1 tbsp any sweetner of choice (maple syrup/ honey/ sugar)

*Note- you can freeze the banana 2-3 hrs prior to making the smoothie.


Procedure-

  • Take a blender and add the mangoes, milk, banana, curd and the maple syrup.

  • Blend it up for about a minute or until everything is well combined.

  • Your smoothie is now ready, so pour it in a glass and let us know how you like it.
