Ingredients:
1/4th cup vegan butter
1/3rd cup brown sugar
1/3rd cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1+1/4th cup flour
Chocolate chips
1/4th teaspoon baking soda
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160 C
Put the baking powder in the milk. and set it aside.
Mix together the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar.
Add the milk and baking powder mix into the sugar mix.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, and chocolate chips.
Add the flour mix to the wet mix.
Roll balls of the dough, place it on a lined baking sheet and press the balls down to make them flat.
bake at 160 C for 20- 30 minutes.
