2 tablespoons of vegan butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/4th teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon almond milk
1/4th teaspoon baking powder
1/4th cup+ 3 tablespoon flour
Chocolate chips
Method:
Melt the butter, add the brown sugar.
In another bowl, mix the milk and baking powder.
Mix together the butter and milk mixtures.
Then add in the vanilla essence and mix again.
Mix in the flour.
Finally add in the chocolate chips.
Make one or more cookies with the dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
Place it in the microwave for a minute.
